The Head Game - Page 2

During The Head Game, participants learn techniques for managing their Self-Talk, then practice the techniques as they play a round of golf. A golf professional offers advice as needed and learning aids posted at each hole ensure that each participant gets maximum benefit from the round. Participants' enjoy a sense of discovery (new skills), increased confidence, and excited challenge and camaraderie of the game.

After the Game - Why Results Last

After The Head Game, participants will use their improved mental approach to sustain ongoing excellence and improved sales / personal performance. Here's why:

Golf pros agree that the ability to concentrate under pressure separates top performers from average performers. It's the same in business or any other peak performance arena.
Technical skills, such as the ability to probe for needs, listen and meet objections are important, but the skills that separate the truly successful businessperson from the average or mediocre performer are mental: motivation, focus, concentration and the ability to continue in the face of difficulty. These are the skills, attitudes and behaviours participants develop by playing The Head Game.

Most training and motivational courses tell you that these qualities are important, but don't teach you how to develop them. In The Head Game, we do both. That's why results last, and your team members will never again settle for poor performance because of negative Self-Talk and beliefs!

Everyone Wins

The Head Game will benefit every member of your organisation, management, sales team leaders, and relationship managers or business associates. Equally powerful for expert golfers and those with limited or no golf experience. The Head Game is for everyone!

All group sizes can be accommodated.  The program is particularly appropriate for any organisation wishing to improve morale, team effectiveness and improved sales performance.
