This is just a quick newsletter to highlight some training opportunities for 2007.
Frontline Management for 2007
TRAC Consulting is currently taking enrolments for the delivery of the Certificate IV and Diploma of Business Frontline Management Training Programs. It is envisaged that in 2007 delivery will be a blend of face-to-face workshops and distance learning strategies. This program can also be tailored to be enterprise specific which means TRAC has the capacity to customise the learning outcomes to align with the current leadership and management development needs of your organisation.

TAA-04 Training and Assessment
You are no doubt aware that with the implementation of the new TAA-04 Training and Assessment Training Package that current workplace trainers with Category 2 or BSZ98 training qualifications will have to upgrade to the new standards by the end of 2007. To expedite this process TRAC Consulting, in partnership with UNET, will be delivering a bridging course to meet this new standard commencing Monday, 5 February 2007 to Friday, 9 February 2007. This will be an intensive, interactive and experientially based program.
We are offering this program at the competitive price of $880.00, which includes course facilitation, comprehensive workbooks and materials and all catering. The course will be conducted at Gelee's Conference Centre on Lake Kawana, 5 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast.
