Following much feedback from previous program participants asking us to expand our hugely successful Facilitator's Odyssey training program to even higher levels, TRAC Consulting, in partnership with LearningChange LLC (California), have established the 'Facilitation Academy', an organisation committed to the ongoing development of professional facilitators, business unit managers, workplace trainers, counsellors and educators. This new entity will build upon the success of the "Facilitator's Odyssey" program which has, over the last nine years, instilled a new level of delivery and professional development for facilitators throughout Asia Pacific.
The Facilitation Academy will offer a suite of professional development initiatives over the coming year including workshops that will cover topics such as:
- Fundamental Facilitation Skills
- Advanced Facilitation Skills
- Strategies for Developing High Performance Cultures
- Strategies for Developing Leaders & High Performing Teams
- Strategies for Leading High Performance Teams
Our first launch event for 2007, which is to be conducted in the first week of May, is "Strategies for Developing High Performance Cultures". This is an event NOT to be missed.
