Partnerships - TAFE & AIPF
TRAC Consulting has recently expanded its working relationships with the Sunshine Coast TAFE (SCIT) and the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators (AIPF). These NEW partnership arrangements will provide win/win outcomes for all stakeholders ensuring that quality standards and industry recognition for TRAC's professional development programs will be guaranteed. TRAC and SCIT will ensure that AQTF 2007 training standards are maintained and the relationship with the AIPF will allow program graduates to seek and realise the benefits of membership to a recognised industry association. The Aussie Host Training Program is managed by the Australian retail traders Association and The Queensland Tourism Industry Council. The program delivered by TRAC is also certified by the Sunshine Coast TAFE and we are also working with them to formailse the mapping and accreditation of our Advanced Facilitator Training Program. We also work with them on government contracts for the delivery of accredited leadership and management development programs..
Sunshine Coast Growing Creative Businesses
We are now into the 5th month of the Sunshine Coast "Growing Creative Businesses" Mentoring Program. The Noosa cluster has recently started their workshops and the Blackall Ranges area commences in the coming weeks. There are still places available in the program across ALL regions, from Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa and Maleny. Please call us if you are interested in participating as a mentee on 07 5439 7999. The online classroom tutorials are becoming very popular and most mentees in the program are enjoying the connectivity to other mentees using the web portal environment.

Business Expansion
TRAC Consulting has recent expanded its global reach by creating joint ventures with Learning Change International and the faciliation Academy from California in the USA. TRAC has enjoyed a working relationship with LearningChange for many years and now with the formalisation of this relationship have created a business and marketing strategy which will see them tap into the lucrative South EAst Asia markets. The new venture has three operational basis, with one each on the east and west coast of the USA and the Sunshine Coast Australia. This joint venture has created significant interest in its capability across both the private and public sectors with organisations such as QLD Health, The United Nations Development Program and the AIPF.
Scott Winter from LearningChange was recently here to facilitate the Advanced Facilitator Training Program on the Sunshine Coast where he shared his experiences of working within the Fortune 100 companies in the USA and working on leadership initiatives for the UN. He definately left a lasting impression on ALL program participants.
Charity Events for Corporate Conferences
TRAC's expansion now provides four distinctive business units that all specialise in different areas of training and business development. One such area provides Corporate Conferencing and Charity Events for clients and other community groups. We have a variety of events to select from including the following two which are very popular with most clients. In fact TRAC will be delivering the Bykes for Tykes event to 500 delegates at the Hyatt Coolum in April 2009.
Bikes for Tykes - This event allows particiants to make a difference in the lives of others in your community whilst building a dynamic team and customer focused culture within your organisation, this innovative and teams based program improves team spirit and morale whilst helping underprivileged children. (The beneficaries of the event).
The Great Corporate Race - Similar in structure to it's television namesake "The Amazing Race", the race involves a series of legs and check points where teams are bound by time or resource constraints to achieve preset objectives and team based outcomes. It is the most innovative and leading edge teams skills, competency based eadership development and conferencing tool available in the market today.

Training Workshops
The Advanced Facilitator Training workshop recently held on the 26 to 28 June at the Break Free Grand Pacific Resort on the Sunshine Coast was a great success.
