Co-founder and Principal of LearningChange, Scott Winter brings to the table over twenty years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Building upon his educational foundation from CSU, Chico in Organizational Communication and Psychology.

Scott has gone on to develop training programs for various organizations and schools. With his expertise in the following categories: communication skills, coalition building, conflict resolution, leadership and economic development, Scott has proven effective in helping businesses and professionals.
Not only is Scott one of the most sought after facilitators in California, his passions and talents have taken him across the globe.

He has lead, trained, and directed conferences in Moscow, Taiwan, Japan and Australia. In 1993, Scott coordinated the UNEP (United Nations Environmental Program) Youth Leadership Conference in New York City. More recently, his services were demanded in Australia to launch a business-mentoring program for the Queensland Tourism Industry Council.

Scott has had extensive experience in each of the three sectors which LearningChange serves, corporate, education, and non-profit. His broad experience in community and organisational development for numerous Fortune 100 companies and in the education sector over the past twenty years gives him a unique perspective when designing and implementing learning programs.

Using this rich experience, he developed the “Facilitator's Odyssey”, an intensive three day advanced facilitation training program. This program trains participants in the art of experiential learning techniques for team building and individual exploration. This program has grown in reputation to now being recognised globally as a “Worlds Best” training initiative.

Scott has helped corporations integrate experiential learning based programs into their own training culture, assisted in organisational realignments, and facilitates the creation of work cultures that encourage effective and productive environments by building a spacewhere individual accountability and knowledge management drives team success.
