Colourblind is a practical exercise in verbal communication that demonstrates effectively the enormous and fascinating variety of strategies that individuals use to make sense of their worlds.
This is a group exercise that neatly replicates the periodic confusion and loss of vision experienced in our workplaces.
It explores how perceptions are presented, how meaning comes to be shared between individuals and groups and how organisational strategies are developed to account for the wide range of individual thinking and learning styles. Solutions are achieved only via co-operative information and ideas sharing, and a respect for the equal importance each member plays.
Colourblind aides the development of a huge variety of skills including: verbal communication,
cultural awareness, acceptance of interdependence, and coaching/instructional skills.
"I found Colourblind to be one of the most exciting team games I have ever participated in."
"Colourblind is a fantastic communication exercise, it is easy to facilitate and always works brilliantly. I am continually suprised by the fact that participants have not seen it before!"

"Hi Just wanted you to know how useful I found your colourblind activity. the resource was provided by a client, I hadn't used it before and I found that it made strong learning points clearly, simply and in a timely way. It demonstrated the compexity of even simple communication and the need for thought and clarity. Anyway it was so useful that I would now like to buy a set for my own use! Thanks for your help
Cheers
