MTa Leadership

The MTa Kit is a "world best" experiential training package. It set new standards in experiential training when it was first launched in 1992, and is now used in over 30 countries globally. 

The kits activities focus on understanding and developing team skills, but additionally some bring out issues surrounding effective leadership (especially The Trailer) and project management.

MTa Kit Activities:

Over The Bridge - Level: Introductory

• clarifying objectives
• planning
• introduction  to team skills
• customer focus

Time - 2½ - 4 hours

Rectangle - Level: introductory/intermediate

• planning before acting
• revising plans as information is received
• listening
• the impact on people of poor communications

Time - 1½ - 2½ hours

6 quite different teambuilding activities plus 10 icebreakers

An MTa Kit consists of two large bags of polypropylene components. It is supplied with trainers' guides for:

• Over the Bridge  
• Rectangle
• The Trailer

Trainers' guides for the supplementary activities: Digital Display, The Frame, The Tower and the 10 Icebreakers can be bought separately.

Over the Bridge is brilliant - works every time. It's so good we haven't even thought about modifying it.
